My target 50 kms
I’m taking on Winter Walk and walking 50K in December for families facing baby loss
I am joining my beautiful best friend Jem in walking 50k for the charity Sands this December.
This walk is in memory of every much-loved baby who isn’t with us today, but especially in honour of her beautiful daughter Sophia Lily, who was born sleeping in September.
Through such a heartbreaking experience, Sands provided essential support for both Jem and Sean, offering care, guidance, and a place to turn when their world changed.
By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness and help ensure that other families going through the unimaginable are never left to face it alone.
Every kilometre I walk is for her, for her parents, and for every family who needs comfort, understanding, and a little bit of light during their darkest moments.
