I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Well I did my first run/walk . lol one and done,
Hoping as I get going it become easier. Didn’t really realize how far an actual mile was lol.. fingers crossed. 

Why

Sunday 9th Aug
Well I lost my Rebecca over 10 years ago. It was the hardest time in my life, but I still am thankful for being able to hold her and say goodbye. The pain never really goes away just some days are better than others. I hope this helps some of the families that go through this. I was helped and will always be grateful. Xxx thank you and forever my baby she will be.
