I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 2k a day this February for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Saturday 24th Jan
In 2021, Lucy and I lost a baby. Peanut. 

We found out at 18 weeks that we had lost Peanut. This was a missed miscarriage. They had stopped at 12 weeks. 

Peanut was a Partial Molar Pregnancy. Following this diagnosis we were thrown into a world of uncertainty, tests and grief.

As this was during covid, access to support was more difficult than usual, however Sands was an incredible source of information for us during the worst time of our lives. 

Running isn't my bag. It's not something I enjoy. I wouldn't say I actively loathe it, but... this is going to be a challenge. Please help me raise money for this incredible charity if you can.
