During this 30-minute lunch time online event, Sands’ experienced and trained wellbeing team will explore different wellbeing techniques which you are welcome to try. The session finishes with a guided meditation, designed to support you in reducing stress and regulating emotions. This guided session offers time for reflection, walks through some helpful techniques to engage in mindfulness, and sharing of wellbeing insights and ideas. This is a perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and is suitable for everyone.
