I’m walking 100K in September in memory of my Kimberley

I’ve committed to (attempting) walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today including my own baby girl Kimberley born with her Angel wings 14th September 1990. Back then it was very taboo & it was the hardest time of my life! Still is 36 yrs on. I didn't know about Sands back then. Only learnt of them through social media. I wish i had known of them & had support from them. Perhaps i wouldn't be so tormented as i am today.  It was a very lonely time.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
