I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

My story ❤️

Not a lot of people know my story so this is a very vulnerable post! 

Last year in March I found out we was expecting our third and final baby, we never planned on having any more but I genuinely felt like my mum had sent an angel baby for us. 

Everything was going great until I had a huge bleed at 14 weeks , I went to another scan to check everything was okay ❤️ I was then taken straight to delivery to then be told that their was a blood clot in with my baby and that my placenta was falling away. And her chance of survival was very very low.

On the 3rd of July I gave birth to my little angel girl and we named her Hope! ❤️.. 

When you find out you’re pregnant you never ever imagine that you would not be bringing your baby home after 9 months but the worst happened! We had lost our little girl! 

So I’m running for sands in September because when I gave birth to Hope the hospital handed me the most gorgeous memory box that still to this day I treasure! This was provided by sands charity and in such a hard time this little box gave me so much comfort. 

This is my way of giving back even if it’s just a little bit. 

Instead of running 50k I’ve decided to run 50 miles In September because nothing will ever be harder than having to live a life knowing my little girl
Isn’t here with us. 

No matter how big or small I appreciate any donation that can be gifted to this amazing charity!
