I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Rother valley parkrun

Carrying on the Saturday park runs, today was Rother valley. Still in a lot of pain with hip and had to keep having walking breaks, but...still got a new personal best 👌

I officially hate hills!! Thought I'd have finished on my hands and knees but surprised myself with this one. Still in lots of pain with my hip, but the end is in sight 💪

Only managed 4km in the gym today, this hip pain is unreal but im not giving up 💪💪

Today was never going to be a personal best, but even though my hip was in agony the whole way, I still did it!! 💪

Hillsborough parkrun #2

So it appears I hated Hillsborough Parkrun that much last week that I had to do it again today to be sure!!

Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and did the 5km park run at Hillsborough Park. 
Came away with my 2nd second fastest 5k!!
So many people have experienced baby loss in one way or another. We have 7 angel babies before being blessed with Lily-mae and Riley, which is why this cause is so close to our hearts.
