That’s why I’m supporting Sands. They provide vital support to families affected by baby loss, campaign for change, train midwives and healthcare professionals, and fund research to help prevent more babies from dying and reduce the number of families who experience this unimaginable pain.

I’m walking /running these 100K for Jude — my friend’s precious little boy — to keep his memory alive, to honour his short but deeply loved life, and for all the babies who are loved and missed every single day. 🕊️🤍
