I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Slow Start

Wednesday 2nd Sep
Despite the quick start in fundraising I have made a slow start on the running. 
We have spontaneously travelled to Cornwall in our van which is still very much in the process of being converted. 
Anyway, the trip was so last minute I forgot to pack any running gear and it looks as though I will be completing 50K in THREE weeks. 
I am actually looking forward to the challenge but please do keep donating to raise vital funds for this wonderful charity. I have seen first hand my wonderful friends go through this TWICE. It is heartbreaking and we simply need to get these wonderful mums and dads more support.
