I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Running 50k for Sands this September
Monday 8th SepThis month, I’ve set myself the challenge of running 50 kilometres in support of Sands, the charity that supports anyone affected by the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
I’m doing this to show love and solidarity with friends who have faced the heartbreak of losing a baby. Their strength and courage inspire me, and I want to honour their little ones who will never be forgotten.
Every step I take is in memory of those babies and in support of the incredible work Sands does — from providing bereavement care to funding vital research to save lives in the future.
