I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

It’s very much appreciated! 

We are half way through September, which means we are half way through the challenge. 
I have completed just over half, doing 30Km so far with 20 left to go! 
I am not a runner by any means and some days it’s been tough, but it’s such a worthy cause and of course my biggest reason is for Dylan. 💙💙

6 months ago today my beautiful nephew and God Son was brought into this world, 9 days later he joined the angels ❤️ 

I am doing this challenge in memory of Dylan and for our family, but also for other families who are going through what I can only describe as one of if not the hardest time in someone’s life.
