I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September in memory of every much-loved baby who is sadly not here today, and especially in memory of our beautiful baby, Una Catherine.
Losing Una is something that will always be a part of our lives. Baby loss creates a ripple that reaches far beyond the immediate moment — affecting parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents, extended family and friends. The love for a baby doesn’t disappear, and neither does their place within a family.
This September, every kilometre I walk will be for Una Catherine, for our family, and for every family who has experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby.
Sands works to ensure that everyone affected by pregnancy and baby loss receives the support and care they need during some of the toughest moments imaginable.
They campaign for change, provide vital training for midwives and healthcare professionals, support bereaved families, and fund research with the aim of saving babies’ lives and helping fewer families experience the devastation of baby loss.
By walking 100K, I hope to raise both money and awareness for a cause that now means so much to me and my family.
Anything you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, genuinely means a great deal.
For Una Catherine. Always remembered, always loved. ❤️
Thank you for your support.
