April Jogging Challenge

I’ve committed to the April Jogging Challenge for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to the April Jogging Challenge for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

What Sands means to me

Wednesday 29th Apr
Over the years I’ve done numerous charity fundraising for Sands including in gaming and other varieties.
Sands has a big part in my life having lost my first daughter over 10 years ago to SIDS. She was 3 months old and I was 19 not having one bit of understanding of what had just happened to our family and the impact that her not being with us anymore when we was a brand new young family teared us apart. That’s why I believe charities like Sands play a big part in helping the families with the loss of a child and being a huge support where they can be.
