I'm running 50k in May for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Why am I doing this…
Saturday 16th MayThis May, I’m taking on a 50k challenge to raise money for Sands, a charity that supports anyone affected by baby loss.
This is a cause that means a lot to me personally. Through both people close to me and my time working in maternity, I’ve seen how devastating baby loss can be and how important the right support is during those moments. Sands provides comfort, guidance and support to families during some of the hardest times imaginable, as well as supporting healthcare staff and working to improve bereavement care.
I wanted to do something meaningful that would both challenge me personally and help raise awareness and funds for such an important charity.
