My 30k in April for Sands

​I’ve decided to take part in the Sands April Challenge to jog 30km and raise money for a cause that has become very personal to me.

​Until experiencing my own miscarriage, I don’t think I truly understood how vital charities like Sands are. Going through that loss opened my eyes to the reality of bereaved parents and just how much we rely on the support and resources that Sands provides during the hardest moments.

​I’m taking on this 30k to help make sure that no one has to walk this path alone. The money raised helps Sands support grieving families, train healthcare professionals, and fund research into saving babies lives.

​I know things are tight for everyone right now, so please know that any donation at all is so deeply appreciated. It means a lot to me to be able to do this in memory of my baby while helping others.
