2026 Run 50k in September

In September, I’ll be taking on a 50km run to raise money for Sands 🤍

Sands was a charity that my mother's close friend Aimee held close to her heart following the heartbreaking loss of her little boy Theo-George. Aimee would raise money every year for Sands; asking for donations for her birthday.
This September it is one year since Aimee also sadly passed away. So, in Aimee's honour, I will be running 50km in her name; in memory of both her and Theo-George.  Having never run before, this will be a challenge, but I’ll be carrying their names with me for every kilometre. 
Sands does such important work supporting families who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby, and I’d love to raise as much as I can to help them continue that work and to continue raising the money that Aimee would every year, in her memory. 
If you’re able to donate, I’d be so incredibly grateful. Every pound really will make a difference. I will be updating my progress throughout the month and tracking and uploading my runs through Strava.
