I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss

In September, I’m taking on the @sandscharity 100K Steps Challenge — and every single step will be for our babies. 🤍

Baby loss is a cause that will always be incredibly close to my heart. We have experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of losing two of our babies, James and Olive. They may not be here in our arms, but they will always be our babies, always be part of our family and always be loved. 🤍

Then came our beautiful rainbow, Sophia 🌈 — a reminder that joy and grief can exist side by side, and that becoming a mum to a rainbow doesn’t mean forgetting the babies who came before her.

I’m taking on 100,000 steps throughout September to raise money and awareness for Sands, who support families facing the devastation of baby loss and work to make sure nobody has to navigate that heartbreak alone.

Every step will be taken in memory of James and Olive, and with all of the babies who should be here in mind. 🦋
