I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

In Memory of Baby Drew Winter Gavin 🤍
Monday 1st SepBaby Drew passed away peacefully on 19/01/2023
Born at 39 weeks he was the most beautiful and perfect sleeping Angel.
It was a vary rare and unexpected concealed internal abruption which caused the placenta to come away and Katie & Sean’s gorgeous boy couldn't be saved 💔
With the help of Sands and other charities, their family has received invaluable support. By raising money in memory of Drew we hope to ensure that Sands can continue to be there for other families, offering comfort and care during the devastating experience of loss.
