I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
Thank you.

Week 2 complete!
Monday 14th Sep Managed three runs like last week plus a gym cycle. It’s gradually getting more doable and I’m better at just getting out and clocking up the kms than I have been in the past.
Week 1 done!
Saturday 5th Sep So I managed three runs this week, which was my aim. Not bad for my first week running in over six months! Outdoor running in Oman is not the fainthearted, and I’m not a big fan of treadmill runs, so it’s definitely providing a good level of challenge 🤣 I am almost 7 km down, 43 to go… Share
