I’m taking on the Sands Knitting Challenge 💜in memory of Maisie
I’ve committed to knitting a blanket for a very loved and much missed baby. When Maisie passed away we received a beautiful baby memory box which helped us with some precious keepsakes and one of those keepsakes was her blanket which remains a treasured item. I’d love to help someone going through what we’ve been through so given it’s Maisie’s birthday month this challenge is perfect.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
