I’ve committed to the April Jogging Challenge for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

As I started a bit earlier than April 1st I’ve already hit 32km in distance covered decided to up my target now to 60km

Pray for me 😂

Shout out to everyone who’s donated it’s a decent wedge of money and I know it will make a difference

Managed 5.75km today (with some walking cut me some slack)

As someone who has tried to improve her physical fitness somewhat over the last few years (but I normally leave the running to my sister 🏃) I have committed to try and JOG 30k for SANDS 

Sands were a fantastic support and help for me when Finley passed away and I personally know so many families who have been supported by them over the years 

So whilst 30k could seem like fuck all to most it feels like a marathon to me (good job I’ve got the whole of April to do it) 

If you can a little donation would be nice if not please don’t laugh at me if you see me out and about struggling to catch my breath and as red as beef tomato 🍅
