In Memory of My Brother: Walking 300km for a Cause Close to My Heart

Before I was born in March 1994, I lost my brother, a loss that has shaped my life in ways words can barely capture. Though I never had the chance to meet him, his memory lives on in everything I do. This April, I’m dedicating myself to an incredible challenge: walking and running 300 kilometers in his honor.

Each step I take is a tribute to his life and the impact he continues to have on mine. This journey is about more than just distance; it’s about remembrance, healing, and making a difference. I’m asking for your support through donations to help me reach my goal and contribute to causes that matter.

Your generosity will not only encourage me along the way but also help fund vital support and awareness initiatives. Together, we can turn this personal journey into a beacon of hope and strength for others.

My mum’s journey through grief has been profound and deeply moving. Losing her son before I was even born left a void that words can hardly express. For her, it was a heartbreak that carried a lifetime of longing and unanswered questions. She faced the pain quietly, often carrying the weight of loss in silence, yet her strength never wavered.

Over time, she found ways to cope by holding onto the memories and love she had for him, even though they never shared a lifetime together. Her resilience became a guiding light for our family, teaching me that grief doesn’t disappear but can be transformed into a source of inspiration and hope. This walk is not just my tribute but also a tribute to her enduring courage and the love that keeps his memory alive in our hearts.

Thank you for joining me in honoring my brother’s memory and making every kilometre count.
