I’ve committed to the April Jogging Challenge for families facing baby loss.
My son, Ryan, passed away at just 9 months old.
There aren’t words that fully capture that kind of loss. It stays with you, always. So I’m doing this run in his memory, turning something painful into something that might help others.
Every step I take is for Ryan, and for families who are living with this kind of heartbreak. Baby loss is something too many people go through in silence, and if this helps raise even a little awareness or support, it means something. I’m not running for a time or a medal. Im running for Ryan.
