I’m running 50k in May for families facing baby loss
I'm running 50k in May for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

50.25km ran!! Completed it!!
Monday 25th May And I’ve completed it! A total of 50.25km ran within 20 days in May 2026 for such a beautiful charity close to my heart. Thank you for each and everyone who has donated, supported and push me on! Without you all it would have been so much harder! One thing I do know is I’ve found a liking to running (not sure I love it yet) but also I’ve got awful knee pain so running trainers are the next stop! But first a well deserved holiday and rest. Target reached and over half way in!
Thursday 14th May Reached target today and over halfway to 50km with today running my first 5K. I’m so immensely proud of myself and feel this is such an important cause to raise it for and awareness. Thank you to each and everyone that has sponsored and believed in me. Share
