I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
In September myself & Kev are walking 100k through out the month raising money for sands.(works out to be 62 ish miles!) In Feb 2020 we sadly lost our baby through miscarriage. I was only 6 wks but still our baby! As you can imagine it was horrible time as I was bleeding then to have a scan thinking the worse to be told there it is!! Then 24hrs I sadly lost it. We both wanted to name the baby rather then refer to either it he/she.so kev came up with the name "flick" as 24hrs previously we saw flickering of the heart beat. Flick would of been 6 in September and this is good way to remember Flick and raise money for sands. Covid hit a few weeks later and everything was shut down and i did reach out with online groups sands. As the saying goes every little helps. Thank you for reading this. Esther & Kev x
