I'm running 50k in May for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Stepping Out for Sands!
Tuesday 28th AprThis May, I’m taking on the Sands 50K Challenge to raise money for Sands. It’s a cause that means a lot to me, the same as many others I have experienced loss and this feels like a positive way to remember that while supporting other families.
I’ll be spreading the 50K across the month, just getting out when I can and doing what feels manageable. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about taking the time, having space to think, and quietly working towards something that matters to me.
Every kilometre is a small step towards raising awareness and funds for the support Sands provides to families going through baby loss. If you’re able to donate or share, I’d really appreciate it 💛
