I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

I’m taking on a 50 km running challenge this September to raise money for Sands, a charity supporting people who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby or child, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a child.

This cause is not only personal to me, but also to dear friends who have experienced heartbreaking loss. I know how important it is to have support during some of the darkest times in life.

I have a real passion for running, so I wanted to use something I love to help raise awareness and hopefully make a difference to others when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help Sands continue to support bereaved families and save babies’ lives. ❤️
