That’s 50km done in 17 days of may Nearly £300 raised And a severely worse knee to show for it !

Best run so far felt great other than the knee issue A 33 minute 5k is close to the best I’ve done Hoping by the end of the challenge I can both smash the 50km and get a sub 30 5k time
