Walking 100K for Jude — Remembering My Little Boy

In September, I’ll be walking 100K in memory of my beautiful little boy, Jude, who I sadly lost.

There are no words that can truly explain what it’s like to lose your baby. Jude will always be my little boy, and although I can’t hold him in my arms, I carry him with me every single day.

I’ve chosen to take on this challenge for Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society), a charity that supports families who have experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby. Sands provides vital support, information and a safe space for parents and families during one of the most devastating times imaginable.

Walking 100K throughout September will be physically challenging, but I know that every step will be for Jude. I’ll be thinking of him, carrying his memory with me, and raising money so that other families facing the loss of their precious babies can receive the support they so desperately need.
