This September, I’ll be running 50K for Sands

I know quite a few people who have sadly experienced baby loss, and it’s made me realise just how important it is to have support around you during such a difficult time. As a mum, I can’t imagine not having my Amaiah with me, and it makes me so grateful for the little things we can sometimes take for granted.

Sands supports families affected by baby loss, while also working to improve maternity safety and bereavement care through research, training and campaigning. The money raised helps them continue this work and make a real difference to families.
