I’m running 50K in September for every much-loved baby who is sadly not here today. 🤍
Sands ensures that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer families have to face the loss of a baby alone.
Having experienced the heartbreak of several miscarriages myself, what better charity to support. 🤍

Monday 31st AugIn September, I will be taking on the challenge of running 50K to raise money for sands
Sands is a charity that is close to my heart having personally experienced the heartbreak of miscarriage, I know just how heartbreaking the loss of a baby can be. No family should have to face that pain alone.
Sands provides vital support to families affected by the loss of a baby, while also campaigning for change, supporting healthcare professionals and funding research to help prevent future baby loss.
My running game wouldn’t be the strongest at the moment but I’m now 9 months postnatal with my rainbow baby so no better time to take on this challenge of 50K in September.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I would be incredibly grateful, Every donation will help Sands continue to support families through some of the darkest days of their lives.
