I’m running 50k in May for families facing baby loss
I'm running 50k in May for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
Thank you.

For baby Noa 👼
Friday 1st MayLast year, we experienced a loss that changed us forever — we had a miscarriage. During a visit at the maternity for a scheduled scan, we found out that Noa’s heart had stop beating. It’s been one of the hardest moment of my life.
It’s something that so many families go through, yet it’s often spoken about quietly, if at all.
This May, I’m setting myself a challenge to run 50km to raise funds for SANDS, a charity that supports families through baby loss. Their work helps provide comfort, understanding, and vital support during some of the most difficult moments imaginable.
Running each kilometre is my way of remembering, of processing, and of helping ensure that other families don’t have to face this kind of loss alone.
If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean a great deal. And if you’ve experienced something similar, please know you’re not alone 🤍
Thank you for your support.
