I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

I’ve decided to take on 50Km this September for Sands. Partly for the challenge, but mostly because this is a cause incredibly close to my heart. 

After losing my daughter Florence on 2018, I know first hand how important support for bereaved families can be. I wanted to do something positive in her memory, while raising money to help other families facing a loss no parent should ever have to experience. 

So 50km in September is for Florence, for every family who has had to say goodbye too soon, and for a charity doing such important work. 🤍
