We're running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
A little bit about us 💙
We’re Emily and Tasha. We met at university back in 2010, and over the years we’ve been through so much of life together — the highs, the lows, the laughter, the tears and everything in between. We’re incredibly lucky to have had each other through it all.
This September, we’re taking on 50K for Sands together, in memory of every much-loved baby who is sadly not here today. 💙
This cause is especially close to both our hearts.
Emily has personally experienced the heartbreak of baby loss, and Tasha has seen the devastating impact it has had on not only Emily but other close family and friends. We know that behind every loss is a family whose lives are changed forever.
So, throughout September, we’re running 50K together to raise awareness and support for families facing one of the toughest experiences imaginable.
Sands is there to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and fund research to help prevent baby loss and reduce the number of families who have to experience this devastating heartbreak.
