I'm running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Raising money for Sands
Thursday 10th Sep Those who have known us a long time will remember our tragic experience when our baby boy Henry was stillborn. I didn't know anything was wrong until I went into labour and on arrival at hospital, scans showed no heartbeat. 🩵 I was lucky to be surrounded by friends and family for support, and the tokens provided to us by sands charity were a glimmer of light in the darkness. They provided a memory box for hand and footprints, a disposable camera and hand knit items. I would not have had the thought to record these things at the time so 13 years on, I am still grateful for the support provided during our most difficult time. Logan who was born 18months later 🌈 has grown up knowing about his big brother, and has decided to join me in raising money to give back to sands. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
