I’m taking part in Sands Ribbon Run

I’ve committed to taking part in Sands Ribbon Run which takes place during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9-15 October) for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

£20 - could provide a bereaved family with a memory box to help create and keep safe precious and lasting memories of their baby.

£35 - could answer a call from someone reaching out for support who has been through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.

£100 - could help ensure every hospital in the UK has a dedicated Sands volunteer to help healthcare professionals access our training, guidance and support.

Idén októberben részt veszek a Sands Ribbon Run jótékonysági kihívásán, és a Baby Loss Awareness Week keretében 5 km-t fogok sétálni. 🎀
Ez a kihívás számomra nagyon személyes. Én is átéltem egy várandósság elvesztését. Bár a kisbabámnak soha nem volt neve, mindig lesz helye a szívemben. 🤍🕯️
Ezt az 5 km-t az én kis angyalom emlékére, valamint azokért a szülőkért és családokért sétálom végig, akik szintén átélték egy kisbaba elvesztését.
Minden adomány, legyen bármilyen kicsi, segíti a Sands munkáját és a gyászoló családok támogatását.
Nagyon köszönöm mindenkinek, aki támogat engem ebben a számomra különösen fontos kihívásban. 🤍🎀

This October, I am taking part in the Sands Ribbon Run, walking 5K during Baby Loss Awareness Week. 🎀
This challenge is very personal to me. I have experienced pregnancy loss myself. Although my little baby never had a name, they will always have a place in my heart. 🤍🕯️
I am walking these 5K in memory of my little angel and for all the parents and families who have also experienced the loss of a baby.
Every donation, no matter how small, will help Sands continue its important work supporting bereaved families.
