My Sands Ribbon Run
I’ve committed to taking part in the Sands Ribbon Run during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9–15 October), running for every much-loved baby who is sadly not here today. 💗
This is something very close to my heart. I feel incredibly blessed to have my beautiful, healthy boy Oscar, but alongside that joy, we will always carry the love for our baby Angel, who was due to be born in November 2025. 👼🏼🤍
Angel will always be a part of our family, and although we never got to meet them, they are loved and remembered every single day.
I’m taking part in the Ribbon Run to remember Angel and all the babies who are so deeply loved and missed, and to help support Sands in the incredible work they do for families facing the unimaginable loss of a baby.
Sands provide vital support to bereaved families, campaign for change, train healthcare professionals and fund research to help prevent future baby loss.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much to me and would help make a real difference to families going through what no family should ever have to experience.
Thank you for supporting me, remembering Angel, and helping me raise awareness for all the babies who should be here. 🤍
£20 could provide a bereaved family with a memory box to create and keep precious memories of their baby.
£35 could help answer a call from someone reaching out for support after pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.
£100 could help ensure every hospital in the UK has access to a dedicated Sands volunteer and the support, training and guidance they provide.

Lots of love
