I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
As some will know I sadly lost my son Charlie in 2009 at 18wks and again lost another at 9wks in 2023.
This has always been something close to my heart and I want to turn those loses into positives so I’ve committed to running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Sunday 7th Sep After having a slight injury needed to rest but I’m super chuffed with making up the lost days. Didn’t think I was going to manage 1k but ended up doing my furthest yet thank you for all the support so far it really keeps me motivated 🫶 Share
