We're walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
Today I’m raising money for SANDS, a charity that supports families through the heartbreaking loss of a baby.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart because of the loss of two very precious boys, Alfie and Freddie.
Alfie was stillborn, and we never got the chance to hear his cry or watch him grow. Freddie was born alive, but we only had a very short time with him before we had to say our goodbyes. Two little boys who were loved beyond words and who will forever be a huge part of our family.
Alfie and Freddie were not just babies we lost. They were sons, brothers, grandsons, nephews and cousins. They had a place in our family from the moment they arrived, and they always will.
Losing a baby changes you forever. The love, the grief and the memories never simply disappear. SANDS provides vital support to families facing this unimaginable loss, helping them feel less alone during one of the darkest times of their lives.
