There are moments in life when words feel painfully small, when heartbreak arrives without warning and leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled. Our dear friend Jodie is living through one of those moments right now. She has experienced the devastating loss of her baby a loss no parent should ever have to endure. When something so unimaginable happens, all we can do is stand closer, love harder, and remind her that she is not alone.

This January, we are coming together to run not because it is easy, but because it is meaningful. Every step we take is for Jodie, for her baby, and for every family who has walked this path of grief and love intertwined.

We are raising funds for SANDS, a charity that supports anyone experiencing baby loss under bereavement. SANDS provides vital emotional support, compassionate resources, and a safe space for parents and families navigating the darkest days of their lives. Their work ensures that people like Jodie are met with understanding, care, and the reassurance that their babies will always matter.

Grief doesn’t have a timeline. Healing doesn’t follow a straight line. But support real, human support can make all the difference.
