I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

With less than a week to go now, I just want to express my gratitude to those who have donated. Sands is a truly deserving charity and I thank you for giving your money to support those who are going through one of the darkest times in their lives. 

It has been a difficult task ensuring I hit the 100k with juggling everyday life but I am absolutely determined to do it! I am only 17 km away!

I have decided to take part of the Walk 100K in September this year for Sands. I will be updating my page to allow people to see my progress during September!

Sands is the UK’s leading pregnancy and baby loss charity. They support everyone who goes through the unimaginable pain of pregnancy loss or death of a baby.

I’ve decided to take part of this because no parent should ever have to experience the heartbreak of saying goodbye to their baby. 

Sands is there for families during some of the darkest moments of their lives, offering understanding, compassion and support when they need it most. 

I hope that by raising money, I can help ensure that no family has to face that devastating journey feeling alone. Every donation, no matter how small, could help make an incredibly difficult time just a little less lonely.
