I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss

Hi!

I'm taking part in 2k a Day in February to support Sands, a cause which is close to my heart... it's 10 years since we lost our little one and I will never forget the incredible support we got from Sands at that life-altering time.

2k a day (a run or a 'walk with intention') is a lot for me - despite (family) appearances, I am NOT a runner! And to squeeze in the extra time and motivate myself  - having usually already spent 2 hours in the rain and mud sorting out ponies - has required a lot of self discipline!

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times.
