Hike to the Summit of Mount Teide

Here is to my biggest challenge yet!!

Mount Teide is not just the highest peak in Spain it is also the 3rd highest voluminous volcano in the world standing at 3,718m. Mount Tide is almost 2 and a half times bigger than Ben Nevis. 

I will be taking on the challenge on Monday 9th November 2026 starting at 4am and reaching the summit of Spanish national peak at approximately 10/11am before hiking back down. This is going to be my biggest challenge yet and will be raising funds for the amazing SANDs charity in memory of Reggie (Little Peanut). 

I'm fundraising in aid of Sands, for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
