I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 2k a day this February for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
My husband Craig and I have now have 3 angel babies- Olive who we lost in the summer of 2022 and our Blueberry Twins who we lost in November 2025. Thankfully we have our beautiful rainbow baby, Sienna, who we are forever grateful for and who continues to be our guiding light.
Grieving the loss of a baby, at any stage, is heartbreaking. A silent grief that consumes you, profoundly changes you, isolates you and that you have no choice but to learn to live with. I’m passionate about changing the taboo around baby loss, opening up the conversation and doing whatever I can to help in making a difference in this space.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

And to my angels- I miss you and I love you. More than words. Always and forever my favourite “what ifs’’. One day I’ll find you all in the stars, and I’m never letting go. Hold each other tight until I get there. Mama xxx
