This September, I’m running 50km for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. 💔👣

Some of you know, but many may not — I lost my first born, Lilly. Losing her changed my world in ways I can’t fully express. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about her, wonder who she might have been, or carry the ache of what could have been.

In Lilly’s memory, and for every family who has walked this devastating path, I’m taking on the Sands 50km in September challenge. Sands is a charity that supports parents and families who have experienced the heartbreak of baby loss, while also funding vital research and pushing for better care and support across the UK.

I’m running because no one should have to go through this alone — and thanks to Sands, many families don’t have to.

Every kilometre I run is for Lilly. Every step is for the love I’ll always carry. And every donation helps give another grieving family the support they need.

If you’re able to support me, no matter how small, it would mean the world.
