2026 Walk 100k in September

100km in September

This September, I will be walking 100KM in loving memory of my beautiful daughter, who gained her angel wings far too soon.

The loss of a child is something no parent ever expects to experience. Although our time together was heartbreakingly short, the love I have for my daughter will last a lifetime. She will always be a part of me, and I carry her in my heart every step of the way.

I'm taking on this challenge to honour her memory and to raise funds for Sands, a charity that provides essential support to families affected by baby loss. Sands helps bereaved parents navigate the unimaginable and works tirelessly to improve maternity safety and save babies' lives. Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Every kilometre I walk is for my daughter. Every donation helps ensure that other families receive the support, compassion, and understanding they need during the most difficult times.

Thank you for supporting this cause and for helping me keep my daughter's memory alive.

Forever my daughter. Forever my angel. Gone too soon, but loved forever. 🕊️💜

With love and gratitude,

Sadaf
