I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 2k a day this February for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

My Personal Run For Sands

This February, I'm taking on Run 2k a Day to raise funds for Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity. As a mum of two, I count my blessings every single day. I've been incredibly fortunate not to have experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby, and that makes me even more determined to support those who have.

My heart goes out to every family who has faced such an unimaginable loss. Sands provides a lifeline during the darkest of times, offering vital support, information, and a community for bereaved parents. They also work tirelessly to improve bereavement care and fund research to save babies' lives. I want to do my part to ensure they can continue their essential work.

I'm dedicating every step to these families, and to the memory of their precious babies. Your sponsorship, no matter how big or small, will directly help Sands continue to offer their invaluable services. It will make a real difference to families who desperately need their support.
