I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

🚶‍♂️ Walking for Sands – Every Step Has a Meaning

Today I’m out on another walk for Sands, a charity that supports families who have sadly experienced the loss of a baby.
These walks may seem small, but every step is taken for a reason. Behind every family supported by Sands is a story of love, loss and memories that will never be forgotten.
I’m proud to be doing my part, however small, to help raise awareness and support such an important cause. ❤️
Sometimes we take life for granted, but for families who have lost a baby, life can change in a moment. No family should have to face that journey alone.
So I’ll keep walking, keep raising awareness and keep supporting Sands.
Every step counts. Every story matters. Every baby deserves to be remembered. 👣❤️
