I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
Thank you.

Wednesday 16th SepHi,
This month, I'm walking 100k to fundraise for Sands, supporting families who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss.
With £25, Sands is able to provide a memory box for bereaved parents - and it would mean the world to me if you can support me by donating to my page below:

Walking 100km for SANDS – A Cause Close to My Heart ❤️
Thursday 3rd SepI’ve decided to take on the challenge of walking 100km to raise money for SANDS, a charity that supports families who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby.
This is a cause that has really captured my heart. I have so much empathy for the mothers, fathers and families who have to face a loss that no parent should ever have to experience. The support that charities like SANDS provide can make such a difference during an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time.
There is also a very personal reason why this challenge means so much to me. I have my own feelings of grief around never being able to have children and the fact that the choice of becoming a mum was taken away from me. Although my experience is very different, I understand something of what it feels like to grieve for something you desperately wanted but couldn’t have.
So, in a small way, this challenge feels like I’m turning some of that sadness into something positive. Every kilometre I walk and every donation I receive will be helping a charity that is there for families when they need support, compassion and understanding the most.
100km is going to be a challenge, but knowing that I’m doing it for such an important cause will keep me going. ❤️
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, I would be incredibly grateful. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing my fundraising page or cheering me on would mean just as much.
100km. One step at a time. For the families who need SANDS. ❤️

Good luck sweetheart ❤️❤️
