Tuesday 20th Oct I've decided to take part in the Sands 15K Swimming Challenge this November to raise money and awareness for a cause that really speaks to me.I know people who have benefited from the support Sands provides, so it's a charity that means something to me, and I'm excited to take on this challenge and do my bit to support the incredible work they do for families affected by the loss of a baby.
